- Handover & Tuition – Complete hands on tuition on how to operate your equipment, clean and maintain your pool and test and balance your water.
- Sand Change to Filter - The media in your sand filter needs replacement every 4-5 years to keep your filtration.
- End of Lease/Pre Settlement Cleaning – Full clean and service of your pool so it is ready for the next occupants to enjoy.
- Vacuum to Waste – We’ll set up our own pump and vacuum the fine dirt, dead algae and sediment straight down the drain. This is sometimes necessary after certain treatments or weather which leaves very fine dust on the pool floor.
- Inspections and Reports – If you’re about to buy a property with a pool we can inspect it for you and give you a written report so you don’t get any nasty surprises after settlement.
